I used the car finder with my registration, that bit was simple and easy. However, the part they have listed is the wrong part, as I found out when it arrived. When I called them to say it was wrong, I was told to go to a branch 25 miles away and they will have one. Not wanting to do the running around for them I decided I would just go for a refund and get the part from GSF instead. After 2 emails, 3 phone calls and a month later I am still waiting for a refund. I have been lied to each time I contact them. They all keep saying it has been paid and will show in my bank in a couple of days. I will NEVER use this company again. BY the way, GSF got me the right part in two hours.

We work very hard on ensuring our parts listing are 100% correct, and if there are any errors we can normally report these to the product manager, and have them checked and corrected within 24 hours.

Have you returned your part and received a refund yet?
