Used a few times in the past and was fairly satisfied. However when I had the last pair of tyres fitted, one kept losing air. E tyres refused to look at it or redress the problem without a £25 payment. Why should I pay extra if they cannot do their job correctly in the first place! I had a similar problem with a tyre years ago from a standard high street supplier. Was able to take it back to their depot and it was sorted instantly without quibble or extra charge. Never thought about having nowhere to return to if a problem arose when using e tyres. Mind you I made the mistake of presuming they were a trustworthy and reputable company!

Thanks for your reply, better late than never! I still have the inconvenience of pumping my tyre up every week as it still seeps air. I had this problem a couple of times over the years with alloy wheels but your competitors always redressed the problem quickly and at no extra charge. If you want to retain your customers you need to improve your after sales and communication.
