Sold as : Pair. One unit for right and one unit left. Out puts to speakers for woofer, mid-range, and tweeter. Single input to each unit.

The units come with fitting screws. The electrical fittings are spade connectors, these are marked + and - to each of the speakers and for the single input. They are very easy to fit (as long as you do not mix up your + and -).
I have tried these units on home stereo speakers and car stereo systems and they work very well on both.
