I ordered some Sony subs and an amp the other day, they called me up and said that they were out of stock but would give me a free upgrade to the Audiobahn subs. I was driving at the time so I said sure, and we left it at that.

I'm a very skeptical person, so as soon as I got home I started researching.

I saw a lot of bad reviews, but it looks like they just bit off more than they could chew with a Groupon deal. I then saw a couple of people talking about how they will attempt to substitute your 'out of stock' goods for their sh1tty own brand products.

So I called them back up and made it clear that I wanted branded products, equivalent to the ones I ordered or better. They were helpful and presented me with a few options of high-end subs and amps, and I was able to choose the ones I wanted.

Woke up the next day, everything had arrived. Perfect.

Very pleased, and will definitely be ordering again soon!
