i visited the leicester shop to get some component speakers for my car. i ordered them and they told me to go in 7 days later they will have stock. went in and then they decided to tell me the stock i wanted was discontinued. i didnt have any other choice but to fit the only speaker they had in stock. after the installed it, they told me the driver side speaker was damaged and they have no stock until 3 days later and promised me i would get it sorted out on that day and they would definately call me. i went to inspect the work they done in my car.. the tweeters was so unprofessionally done, it was not symmetrically placed.. he must be either drunk or didnt care about his job. The biggest problem was there was an annoying high pitch noise coming from the tweeters constantly, i do not know how he didnt hear it when he checked his work!!! i informed them about it and said the wiill changeit for me too in three days. I had to pay for the incompleted work and I was overcharged on the product i purchased. luckily i checked the price before i went back to pick it up, i thought it was a little expensive already since online it was selling for 50% of the price they did. i just cannot believe how they just make up the prices! you must beware and check what you are paying for from these people!! Three days later i waited all morning for a call but nothing.. i decided to call them up at lunch. I found out they already have the stock i wanted but not bother to contact me as they said they would. not only that but they totally forgot about me and said they have another job so i cannot fix my annoying high pitched speaker they poorly done and made me pay for... now i have to wait another week! it is not good customer service, things just keep going wrong, i would definately not deal with these people again!
