I ordered a focal sub, on their site it didnt state if it was in stock or not, so waited a week and it didnt turn up so i called them and a very unhelpful chap said he will look into it and call me back that same day, so i get no call back that same day, so i called again the next day and a different unhelpful chap answered and told me that the guy who is dealing with my order is out right now so he would get him to call me as soon as he gets in that same day, well what a surprise no call back. well after a few days of messing around like this i finally got to chat to the guy that is dealing with my order, he tells me that they dont stock the focal subs so i will have to wait for their supplier to send it to me, he said it will take about a week, so at this point my blood starts to boil, so i said to him why are you advertising products you dont even stock, he had no answer for me WTF. so i waited a week and surprise surprise no sub turned up, so i called them again and the guy said ight ill call our supplier and get straight back to you, couple of hours went by and no call so i call them and was told the sub wont be with me for another 2 weeks, ok so at this point im ready to kill so i cut the guy off and said look just refund me ok asap, so the guy starts offering me stuff they have in stock which were brands like, inphase, db audio which i found out are their own brands i believe, so i just said no i want a refund so im basically waiting for the refund to come through i wonder how long thats gonna take. this place should be put out of business by trading standards... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
