“Terrible company, use anyone but them!”

I purchased a handfree kit on the 15 of January. There was no mention that the item would take an unusual amount of time to get delivered until I get the email which states it will take 4-6 weeks. I called today as it is now 6 weeks to be told that it will be at least another 2 weeks. No explanation and no sorry or anything.

We will see if it ever turns up, looks like this company is a shambles.
