“Real support at last”

Having answered the questionaire I expected the usual dust bowl of silence to reverberate; however I was very pleasently suprised to recieve a call from a most helpful young lady who added the search criteria I was looking for and enabled me to get the responses I was after.
Well done and thanks for providing the support you said you did, it is far to easy to complain these days and it is nice to be able to respond positively to a questionaire.
