Well it appears that the system is still from the dark ages!
But first, I originally wrote a review and used the name of the garage and Blackcircles reported my review for "The review refers to other websites or companies".
They seem to be trying to hide the bad reviews and AGGRAVATE customers even more!!!! Here's my edited version, without the garage's name (they don't seem to mind it appearing when the review is good!).......
When you pick a time (as I did with "the garage" via Blackcircles), the fitter is emailed and asked to accept the job.
Two days later, Blackcircles called me as "the garage" rejected it.
Fair enough they had been ringing around to find an alternative fitter but what they fail to see is that whilst a distance on Google maps (other maps are available!) look a short drive, crossing a city center is far from convenient.
I cancelled my order but no correspondence (a simple email confirming the refund would have been good). When I emailed for confirmation, I expressed my dissatisfaction and whilst they replied quickly, not even a hint of an apology.
Until Blackcircles can get a live booking system (and commitment from fitters), still best to deal with garages directly.
