Their managers live in Ivory Towers and will not return calls. I made an innocent mistake with my order because I mistakenly thought there were two shock absorbers because the description had twin in it. When the item arrived after I paid 156.62 Pounds Sterling for shipment, I reached out to the company. They offered me a 3% discount which I refused but asked if they would consider some concession toward the shipment of the second part. Each time I called, I was told that a manager would contact me. It took two weeks before I realized they had no intention of returning my call. When I called, an agent told me that to have a manager call me back would take 7 business days. Is that a way to treat a frustrated customer?

Parts were incorrect for my vehicle even though they were bought by using the reg to check compatibility. When discovered they refused to refund as I'd not sent them my VIN !!!! (Was never asked to) Wish I'd checked their reputation on here and elsewhere as they're an unpopular company. Story - My car was being serviced by a small village garage who don't mind the customer buying their own parts when the error was discovered and so they had to buy the correct parts which were very expensive. By buying through BestPartStore I've had to pay twice,once for the incorrect parts and once for the correct but at an exorbitant rate. When I contacted them they didn't want to know. In a just world they'd be out of business.

My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor as follows 1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly. 2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment. 3. Rear brake pads are so noisy. Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.

Seemed good price, but using the .co.uk makes you believe you are ordering from a UK based company, they are actually in Germany Received error messages after first 2 payments, and finally used Paypal. Bank statement showed all 3 payments had been made, and goods still not dispatched so I cancelled order Postage costs not clear, will not use again

HI I have ordered my gasket last Friday nothing have been done till tuesday tracking still shows part beeing in Germanyfor last 3 days. will never order again now 8 days without car,car still in garage!!!!!!! now its Christmas time so my garage doesnt work till JANUARY!!!!!!! SO 3 WEEKS for me without car and paying for travel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT ORDER FROM THEM IF NEED PARTS QUICK IF YOU NEEDTHEM NEXT MONTH THEN YES GO AHEAD.

I ordered parts and on the website it says 4-5 days delivery time. I dint get any email 5 days later. I emailed everyday for the next 5 days and got irrelevant replies 2 days later from every email. On the 11th day from my payment date they email me saying there was a system error that could not process the order. Why would a system take 11 days to detect this. I asked for a refund and I have still not got it 3 days going, I hope i get my money back.......!!!!

cancelled order 2hrs after ordered , having found out its a German website that give impression its uk site. no reply to email, next day email telling me it had been dispatched. i asked why, reply was they didnt get email it might have gone to their spam box. advice was just refuse parcel and it will be sent back to them. did as i was told and refused and driver took back to depot. emailed to ask for refund as i had never touched parcel. then two days later they told me parcel had been delivered and sighed fitita my name is evans. then told me after two more days i would have to wait till it got back to warehouse so they could inspect it. even though id not touch it.so as of today 21st june 18 nearly a week after it was sent back, its on its way to germany but still have to wait for it to arrrive. thought German firms were efficient .this must be the exception to the rule.do not touch with a barge pole.

Ambiguous website. Rude, inept, support staff. I have NEVER left bad feedback ever anywhere. I have always been able to resolve any issues I have encountered with no fuss. But dealing with this lot is a nightmare. They are rude and have tried to run me around in circles when I have email logs of exactly what they have said, in order to back up and prove the issues I have with them

I wanted to orderonline, but then thought I would phone the order through. I spoke to sales and the salesman took the order and said it will be with me in 3 (three) working days as the parts were urgently needed. I ordered the parts on the 11/01/201. I got a confirmation that UPS had recieved the parcel on the 15/01/2018. Today Tuesday 16/01/2018 that delivery will take place on the 18/01/2018. I phone the office and a lady told me it takes normally 3 days to assemble the order and 3 days for delivery. Then they got this pledge thing where you get your money back once you return the old parts. The salesman said it would normally cost around £9, but on checking the weight of 16.8kg, It will likely cost me more to send it. I can't understand why they need your old parts back. Daylight robbery again. I would've liked to know the truth. People say the Germans are on the ball, they just forgot to say Roller Balls. They don't knowwhich direction they're going.

I refer to invoice for 2 Article no 20990 Gas Spring, bonnet. The units supplied are not as existing by Volvo. The ones fitted have 2 secure opening positions - one at about 45 degrees and the other at about 90 degrees. The mountings on the units supplied appear to be the same as the existing and I think there is one secure opening position at about 45 degrees. I would prefer Gas Springs to match the existing. I would be prepared to try the units supplied providing I can return them if not compatible. Please comment as soon as possible

Phoned customer, who confirmed that the part was in stock and that it would be shipped as soon as the order was placed. Order placed, and the item not shipped 24 hours later. Customer service then state that the part will be shipped in the next 48 hours, and it will be another 3 - 4 working days until delivery. So I cancel the order, and they tell me that the money will be refunded, but that it will take 3 days as the accounts department are not in now. Sham. Avoid at all costs!

Order a headlight. No conformation email until 3 days later, but they dispatch in 24hrs. Then called them 3x, product not ready. So it not 24 hrs dispatch. I called 4x just find out what was going on, they said on its way. Rubbish. Told them i want my money back, they offered me discount,NO THANKS. Then they called me to confirm the order again. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR STRESS LEVELS. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Was sent the wrong gear selector/linkage for my car which was wrongly described on there website. I phoned them up to let them know and was advised by them to send it back which i did plus they wanted photoghrahic proof of the item as well. I asked them to replace the part for the right one but they now want me to pay for the replacement part which wasnt my fault but theres in the first place. ive never ever met sutch aa bunch in all my life would advise anybody please do not buy anything from these rogue traders you have been warned.

Website is good - almost too much choice. After I orderedI thought they were dodgy as they were based in Germany(?) and wanted lots of documentation to accept payment (possibly because my delivery was not my billing address- I refused and just paid by PayPal instead. Fine. Everyone arrived. They have items that I cant get in other online stores. Not always the cheapest, but reasonable.

Was looking for new rear near side light on my Audi q3, due to my being broken and faulty. Found what I thought was the correct one. Checked the picture, the description and part number which matched the part number I needed. Gave them the correct information about my car and said it's all good. I ordered it, then get told after I ordered it, it wasn't compatible with my car despite everything on their website being correct. I argued with them regarding this and they said it happens. Then they had the cheek to offer me any other parts that I don't need. It's best just to suffer it and go straight to your dealer then deal with these bunch of useless .....

Bought wiper linkage for my BMW X3. Wrong part sent despite giving chassis no. I then spend £ 60 to return it to address in Germany. Company manager lied and said that they never received part back. I then involved courier company who confirmed that part was delivered. Then this manager accepted they received part . Then he came with another lie that I used part and hence they won't issue any refund. Involved trading standards but they couldn't help as this rogue trader is not based in UK. So I lost £ 200 and never got part I requested. Please avoid at all cost.
