Absolutely useless!!

I used 24/7 spares to get a gearbox for my car. First company (called ford spares) said i'd have my gearbox no later than monday. On wednesday it still hadnt arrived. To cut a long story short I spent near enough the entire day trying to find out what had happened....turned out they had sold me a part that wasnt even in stock!!

I then called another company (who was also via 24/7 spares - called fps romford) and had the same issue with these.

Due to these cowboys I have now got over £200 on my credit card which is waiting for a refund and can't get home for xmas. I can't see them processing it so I am probably going to have to claim.

Don't expect anything but a massive phone bill if you use this company. If I could give 0 stars I would!!
