did a quote online on sellmycar2day.com and received a prompt quote and got told to call to arrange date a and time which i Did. arrange for 9-11 in the morning however called at 11.30 and asked where it was to which he replied they were short on drivers but one was on its way. still at 4.30 no appearance so rang again to which he said that they did not have a phone number so did not send a driver. they knew i wanted it collected as called earlier and could of took phone number then. i said it was unacceptable but he kept saying it was not his fault and was very rude and when i said it is the company's fault he said find someone else and put phone down. on reflection why did he say a driver was on his way and when you do the initial enquiry you give phone number, email address and home address so they had no excuse plus they text me on my mobile to say to arrange a time. totally disgraceful service. steer clear.
