An unintended introduction to a first class company

Let's face it. I didn't expect, intend or even want to use BuyNewCarOnline. They just offered the cheapest price through the AutoeBid reverse auction site. I had been expecting to be put in touch directly with a main dealer, but couldn't back out without losing money as I had already paid AutoeBid's broker fee. I had never heard of BuyNewCarOnline and so they started very much on the back foot because I was disappointed and dubious to find myself with them.

I shouldn't have been.

BuyNewCarOnline has dealt with me in the best way I could have hoped. Courteous, prompt, and as good as their word in every dealings I have had with them. I now have a very nice Peugoet 308 estate in my garage at a price which my local dealer got nowhere near matching.

The car has exactly the extras I asked for, has been built to my spec, and I'm the first owner with all the warranty rights I would want. It was delivered to my door on time, spotlessly clean, and time taken to talk me through the controls.

The moral of this story is - next time I'll go straight to BuyNewCarOnline!
