Absolute Garbage

I ordered from Dynamic Sounds and paid for a 48 hr delivery service at a cost of £4.95. I received an email the next day informing me the package had been dispatched, so was initially happy with the service.
Three days later when my package had not arrived, I contacted them asking for the tracking details. Initially I got fobbed off and decided to give it another day. When again the parcel did not arrive, I emailed again to ask for the tracking, I received a one line email back with a tracking number and dispatch date - three days after I was told it had been sent!!!
This outfit blatantly lie about delivery and charge for services they do not provide do yourself a favour and look elsewhere - I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in future!
