I ordered parts to fit my stereo in my new car last Oct/Nov time. I was sent the wrong parts which I returned as requested. I never received new parts from the company. I was told they were lost in the post over Christmas. In January I was told they wouldn't be in stock for a month. In February yet again I was told they were dispatched and still haven't received any parts. I have sent numerous emails throughout as well as by phone which costs 75p per minute! and very rarely receive anything back. I just feel like I am being constantly fobbed off. My next port of call will be trading standards as I am very upset with the service. So if you read this car audio can I please have my parts or a full refund!!

It is now July 2013 and still never received the parts! They are a total waste of time!! I was advised to write a letter by recorded post which was then returned to sender... After more constant emails I was then told a refund had been issued. What a surprise....no refund! I contacted citizens advice who have passed it on to trading stands.I am so angry that they have fifty pounds of my money! I recommend that anyone who has problems with them reports them also so something gets done. They should not be allowed to fob people off in this way. Total joke of a company!
