I ordered my canvas on 3rd December '13 and to this day (15th Jan '14) I still have not received a thing. I paid extra for 5 day express delivery and it has now been more than 6 weeks. Completely ruined my mother's 70th birthday surprise. They don't reply to emails, contact form messages or voicemails and never answer the phone. When I finally got through to them they had no idea when it would be ready and no attempt at an apology. If I had to describe You Frame International in 3 words it would be disgusting, unprofessional, heartless!! I would rather pay more for a proper ready built canvas. Look at all the terrible reviews on here and take note of the common theme!
