Poor Customer Service

Decided to purchase a super cute word montage for one of my daughters without seeing it first, it was such a cute idea I decided to go ahead with it. Ordered on Oct 20 and today on Nov 15 I still have not received this order. I was sent a confirmation for my order and it said they would notify me when this product shipped. I waited a week and sent an email to You Frame. Although they responded quickly the confirmation number attached did not work and I was notified the package would arrive on Nov 13. I waited 3 weeks and no package so I decide to call with not to long of a wait but they just apologized and told me the package would be here on Nov 14. Nov 14 came and went and I called again in Nov 15 with a 13 and 1/2 minute wait time and was told that the package would arrive on the 15th. It has taken almost a month with no package and I have had to email 1x and call 2x. I have not received the product yet so I cannot comment on that yet but if I would have known the hassle and time spent trying to contact this company I would have NEVER ordered!!!
