I haven't seen my print as yet but the procedure of ordering it is quite a lengthy process. If you are not good with computers, it's a little difficult transferring your photos to the website. Once I had chosen my 50 photos, it took about 1 hour to transfer them to the website. On a positive note, 'You Frame' kept me updated by email about how my product was going, being shipped, etc. I look forward to seeing my canvas.
