I purchased a voucher through Groupon for YouFrame and immediately went to their website to upload my photos....and so my problems began! First you pay them and then you have to wait a few days before they email you a link to upload the photos to. I uploaded mine and was told to wait for confirmation that they had been received and that the 'design team' had downloaded them.....it took ten days for them to get around to doing this! I had assumed that once they were download, work would begin on creating the canvas I had ordered. In all I waited six weeks. in that time I tried to call weekly to find out what was happening but generally no one answered the phone. when they did they were rude and one 'customer service rep' even laughed at me when I said I was unhappy with the service. They all promised to call or email with an update, I never received one. All my emails went unanswered. I even tried to contact them via facebook. In the end groupon cancelled my order for me. I wasted months and have no canvas to show for it.
There are plenty of similar companies out there who are polite and friendly to customers and who actually produce the work you have paid for at a similar price ( and most deliver within 2 weeks!). My advice, do not waste your time or money ordering from YouFrame.
I am appalled at this company and have seen A LOT of similar complaints to mine and so am disappointed to see Groupon still advertising them.
