We were four months waiting for our canvas to arrive, ordered in required time as a present and it didn't arrive until after the hen party and after Christmas even. Customer service was not helpful, sending a generic reply after each email we sent chasing it up and no one was able to sort it out until I complained to Groupon who I purchased the voucher through. If the company cannot handle the amount of orders they receive on the back of such Groupon scheme then they should not sign up for it to begin with.
Not good enough.
