Ordered a photo mosaic artistic style canvas from YouFrame unfortunately they made the wrong overlap type which looks rubbish. The photos also seemed to be stuck on random with no thought of what looked best. One photograph of my daughter showed all of her body, apart from chopping off her head!
I complained to YouFrame. The website said they would reply within 7 working days. It's now 3 weeks and still no response.
I now have a poor canvas that still has to be assembled that I wouldn't dream of putting on my wall. I'll complain again, if there is no reponse I will just bin it (money well spent).
I wish I hadn't ordered the canvas. If I had the choice of using YouFrame and another company for the same service, I would edge my bets and use another company.
