I am extremely happy with customer support experience for my order. I got some issue with my original order but the way the person from support team help me, it was amazing. Her turn around time for any query was always less than a day. I have hardly seen this kind of support specially for just an online company. I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchase the personalised calenders via groupon before christmas but unfortunately its far from straight forward to process and put them together! Not only is it no straight forward but Printerpix overcharged me for the postage, £6.99 when the calendars cost £9.99. Where i couldn't process my order as it kept deleting my pictures and wouldn't let me choose different designs for all three i'd purchased i had to ring them which was an 0800 number and after talking with someone for over 45 minutes trying to get my problem resolved he then told me that the number is a premium number! This is disgusting and a fast as far as i'm concerned. Should he not have mentioned that at the beginning of the conversation rather than tell me 45 minutes into it! This is why it's not straight forward so you can call them and that's where they make up their money on the premium number by taking so long to try and sort out the problem ( which after all that he didn't) and the charges for the postage! Avoid at all 'high' cost!!!

I purchased 15 11x8.5 40 page photo books with Printerpix through Groupon. I redeemed my voucher, proceeded to create my photo books. I created one book to have 15 copies printed. I went out of town for a few days and did not work on it and when I returned to finish the project, I was unable to load any of the pictures I had already added and it was giving me an error message. I was on the phone with Printerpix for a very long time and told it would be restored within 24 hours. I was finally able to access my project and finished it. I submitted my order with the correct Groupon Voucher and paid $39.99 shipping for my 15 books. I received one book 3 weeks later. I called Printerpix and was on hold for almost 30 minutes before my call was answered by CSR, only to be told that I only ordered 1 book. NOPE! I ordered and paid shipping on 15 books. Why would I have been charged the shipping for 15 books if I only ordered 1??? I was told to put 14 books in my cart and pay another $14 for shipping. This is unacceptable. It is obvious that I ordered all 15 or I would not have been charged the $39.99 for shipping. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the call would be escalated to a supervisor who would call me back. Of course I have not received a call two days later. And when I called back this morning the CSR hung up on me!!! The quality of this book was terrible compared to the ones I ordered the previous year. Printerpix SUCKS!!!

Complicated and Deceitful Website I recently tried to redeem a voucher from Groupon here. After selecting the calendar I wanted, when placing the order I ended up buying a voucher for 5 calendars instead of using a voucher for 5 calendars. 10 days later when querying why the order - for my family's xmas - hadn't arrived I was told what had happened. Now there is no way to get the order in time for xmas. And the customer service agent refused to refund the 2nd voucher bought - as it was over the 7 days for refund. Complete waste of money - and a deceptive website designed to hoodwink you out of money.

Hard to upload photographs with poor customer service

Do not use this site! I bought a voucher off of Groupon thinking I was getting a good deal...Ha! They sent me my invites with a large white strip down the side of it. I spent at least 5 hours on the phone trying to get something done. I was told someone would call me back 3 times. I never once received a call back and of course they (the csr I was speaking with) couldn't help me. I sent 5 emails without receiving any response! NEVER use this company!!! Frustrated beyond belief!!!

I ordered my canvas wedding picture 16x20 from Groupon deal. I was very happy with it. It came fast and high quality.
