First order from this company and most definitely my LAST (not my first online photo order as have ordered with far better competitors in the past and without the issues I have had with PrinterPix, thought I would try them but that’s where the positivity ends).
1. My photo prints arrived in early September 17 after 12 days, however they had numerous flaws including vertical lines across all images, marks visible that were not on the uploaded images. ALL prints were badly curled up at every short edge of the print, they have clearly come off a tightly wrapped print roll and there is no way to flatten them out. They look terrible.
2. Printerpix have been emailed x6 times with photographic evidence of the issues with my two orders, I had one response from Samson J(PrinterPix UK) to request evidence (which I did promptly, within an hour)…..then continual silence from the company, no responses to follow up emails. They clearly do not honour their word by providing a resolution when their product goes wrong. In their T&Cs they state “if your order has quality issues in any part of your order we will always send out a replacement if photographic evidence is provided within timescales“…..and this is completely ignored by them as are customers like me who promptly inform them of issues and provide evidence and order numbers.
3. My order routed through a points provider and the order has completely failed to track, complaint raised with points provider. Still awaiting my points.
4. Their online chat facility never works during their working hours
5. Their phone number is an 0844 number
6. They cost far more than the competition even with introductory offers
7. Their delivery is far slower than their competition (around 2 weeks) – My daughter ordered from a competitor at the same time and got her prints in 4 days.
8. Read the reviews on their website (I wish I had) Go to ‘Customer care’ ‘Not happy with order’ section and then scroll down and see how many comments there are like mine above, then decide if this company is for you, they are not good, also read reviews online, again not good. I will never use them again or any associated company.
