“Dreadful. Artwork Royal, sign Purple. Refused...”

We ordered Correx signs from Orbit Print and sent Hi-Resolution Artwork which was a simple single colour & very clearly Royal. The signs we received were purple, we have been unable to contact Orbit Print by phone. The e-mail response we have had claims the difference in colour is down to the fabric of the sign. We regularly digitally print clothing & promotional items & whilst there is sometimes a slight difference in colour depending on the fabric NEVER does Royal become Purple. I... (read more)

Having read the reviews on here, I hesitated to use Orbit, but was somewhat reluctantly persuaded by a colleague of mine who had - ironically on my recommendation - and had been pleased with the service. I ordered 10 large acrylic prints for work. The order process was very good. I uploaded the pictures, and got an email confirmation. Within a few days I got emails confirming delivery, and tracking information. Products were delivered very well packed and in excellent condition. The exemplary service was let down by the after-sales. One of the wall mounting bolts was faulty. Great acrylics have ordered 2 lots so far and I'm amazed at the quality of product for half the price elsewhere. Customer service were speedy and extremely helpful with my enquiries prior to purchase. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to friends. I've ordered with Orbit before and found their customer service pretty poor but their product very good so when it came to getting some large prints done I thought I would give them another chance. A day later than the tracking details would have me believe they arrived (could be the courier we'll let them off that one) They were printed on cheap paper, the print was blurred (I sent a vector image) and the items were sent without a packing list in some broken cardboard. paid for next day delivery to arrive Friday did not arrive spent ages on phone to delivery company arranged to pick it up from warehouse on the Saturday was not there lost when they finally delivered after me wasting 100 miles of my diesel 1 hour and half on the phone at 45p per minute The item was damaged as it was poorly packaged contact orbit print to get no apology just a rude email with no help avoid company as they haven't replaced faulty goods and inform everyone you know not to use... I ordered a print 4 weeks ago based on the website which looked good. I found the site easy to use and the I received an email confirming that the print would be delivered within 2 3- 5 working days. That was 4 weeks ago. I have spent endless days expecting this to be delivered and still no arrival. I have emailed about 10 times now and called a few times and each time I get told the same thing - that I had mis adressed the package and I would have to pay extra to get it delivered. At... Placed Order With Orbit Print Caerphilly For A Canvas To Give My Aunt, It Was A Gift For Her Birthday A Print Of Her Son Who Had Past Away Suddenly Aged 42yrs, The Upload Wasn't Of Decent Quality So I Posted Photograph Which I was Informed May Still Be Slightly Pixelated, Received Proof And It Was As I'd Been Told But Still Looked OK, When Canvas Arrived Image Was Totally Distorted And It Could Not Be Used, I Informed Orbit Who Said I Should Have Enlarged Proof To See The Finished Effect...
