I ordered 10 large acrylic prints for work. The order process was very good. I uploaded the pictures, and got an email confirmation. Within a few days I got emails confirming delivery, and tracking information.

Products were delivered very well packed and in excellent condition.

The exemplary service was let down by the after-sales. One of the wall mounting bolts was faulty. I would have expected that after placing our first order for £500, and with the prospect of a great deal more business (I manage graphics for a global £2bn turnover FTSE100 company) that this would have been resolved without question. They are still quibbling however, and questioning, and I had to send the bolt back for 'inspection' before they will do anything.

Unfortunately I cannot now take the risk of adding this supplier to our preferred supplier list.
