I had ordered a canvas for printing for my grandparents. However they had not looked at the photo and therefore cut part of my grandfather head in the picture. Informed them about it but had no reply. Its not difficult to check that the head of people will fit in the picture. The picture sent was the same aspect ratio as the canvas.

There are many canvas printers out there, avoid this one as no one replies or picks up the phone when things go wrong.

Paid and ordered a canvas through Livingsocial - never heard a word from them. Sent off my photo by email - they failed to respond to emails or return calls.
Have never received the canvas. I have written off the money I paid up front ! ! ! ! Draw your own conclusions !.

Whoever operates under this trading name has absolutely no business acumen whatsoever.
I purchased a voucher (from Living Social) for an A2 canvas back in May 2013 - this had to be used by Aug. 19 so I tried to send off my photo using their webpage facilities. It took 9 attempts to upload the pic - it was below the max size etc.
I received no confirmation of receipt - I rang the mobile number on their site 4 times - on 2 occasions the girl suggested that my file size was too large (WRONG !!) and that I should empty the cache on my PC - having just repaired 10 PC's in the last 3 weeks I was not impressed with IT knowledge.
She also told me to add another letter to the Voucher Number - sometimes this helps !!???!
There is now a message on the mobile phone answer phone saying the office is closed until October 1.
I am prepared to accept that I have lost my money so a word of warning - leave well alone !
Living Social have offered me £5 credit as a gesture of good faith but seem unable or unwilling to contact Images to Treasure themselves.
