Well, I am being asked to go into plenty of detail. So, I will do so without boring myself on the minutia or ordering prints online. I have made two purchases from Easyart recently and BOTH times have received an email saying that a one of the prints I ordered has been discontinued. The first time I let it go, and figured sometimes you just run of out inventory or prints are discontinued occasionally. The second time it happened it definitely got my attention. This kind of thing is unacceptable especially when you combined it with the fact that IF YOU ORDER FROM EASYART YOUR PRINTS WILL AVAILABLE UNBELIEVABLY SLOW for an online company that I assume pays no overhead in the form of brick-and-mortar shops. I would like EASYART to explain to me how AMAZON at a 114 billion dollar market cap can deliver goods to you within days and EASYART prints take weeks. So, your prints from EASYART will be slow. Don't expect speedy service. Speaking of service, the email I received telling me that the prints were discontinued was 7 DAYS after my order. Really, 7 DAYS!!! So, what I have deduced is that EASYART is a middleman. They rely on their suppliers to tell then when a print is discontinued, out of stock, etc. This is poor business practice. EASYART isn't proactive enough to make sure the prints they advertise are actually available, which may explain why it takes so long to receive the print. They must be waiting for their suppliers to deliver the goods to them, so then they can then deliver to you. This is just slowing down commerce. You are better off trying to find the suppliers of prints or companies that actually have their own inventory. As an example, I recently ordered are large size mural print from another EASYART competitor. The print arrived in 3 days. EASYART can't even compete in this area. So, EASYART service is lacking in several areas. TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRODUCT, ACCURATE POTRAYAL OF INVENTORY, INFORMING THE CUSTOMER OF ANY ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER. You should be able to find better companies that meeting customer needs better. Sorry EASYART, truth hurts. If senior management addresses these issues you might actual grow faster.
