Ordering was nice and easy and we received an acknowledgement by return. I was then told that the order would be despatched on a Monday and delivered within 1/2 days. This did not happen! I sent a text asking why and when and received a reply immediately with new date and that the delivery charge would be cancelled and full apologies.
Things do go wrong in life but if they are resolved quickly as in this case their can be no bad feelings.
I would use this site again because the picture quality is great.
