“Delivery time lengthy ”

I recently ordered 2 framed prints and I am very pleased with them . Delivery time after ordering was quite lengthy ( two and a half weeks ) and email communication i.e dispatch notification was unreliable as my order did not arrive on the date specified as it was not shipped on the day specified either .

The pictures were packed beautifully ensuring they could not be damaged .
