We wanted a dramatic picture of a dragon to complete the revamping of our sitting room and found exactly what we wanted at Easy Art. So, the order went in and the picture arrived - except it wasn't exactly the one we thought we'd ordered (where the image folds round the edges of the canvas).
No problem, said Easy Art. Pack it up, we'll collect it, give you your money back and you can order a new one.
The second picture was/is perfect and now hangs in pride of place. Top marks for the huge range of artwork to choose from, and top marks also for customer service. Having said all that, we did find the online order form to be less than clear when it came to choosing from the three alterative edge styles for a canvas - and the invoice provided no confirmation of which we'd ordered in the first place.
