“I paid for speedy postage as I was travelling overseas...”

I paid for speedy postage as I was travelling overseas and needed to take the posters as a gift. The package did not come until either 3 or 4 days after it should have, thus, I had to buy another present and the posters are now left on a shelf in my home. I was unable to use Parcel Force to forward the package as it is too long to ship.
