Phoned late one evening and was the staff were were very polite and helpful. They assured me the print would come in 2 days and hey presto on the second day my print arrived. It was a leaving present and the lady who received it was very impressed. The only downfall was the cost of the frames - I managed to get a nice one in the Range for £15.oo.
