Disappointed with Canvas Print

The print I ordered was required to be 16x20" without 'bleed' and have a black 0.75" peripheral edge. Upon reciept the print was discovered to have, what could be described as bleed. The canvas print was larger than the frame and accordingly when mounted on the frame the canvas print extended some 5-6mm over the edges of the frame. The black border which should have been covering the edge was therefore overlaping the back face.
Also, although I realise that it is very difficult to compare colours and saturation levels between photos on a computer screen and your print, I feel that the colour saturation level of the canvas print was far higher than that of both the printered and screen viewed photo. I have asked friends, without prompting, to compare the two and without exception each notices the colours of the canvas print as more vivid , with the skin colour tone looking unrealistic.
I will not be using your company again or recommending you to any friends.
