I didn't like having to type in my whole address when creating an account - most web sites these days allow you to just put in your postcode and it comes up with a list of all the houses in that postcode (12 in our case) and you select your own house and that pre-populates the rest of the fields - ie - 2 clicks / fields instead of four or five. I ordered from Canvas4life because of the express delivery option which says is guaranteed to arrive in 2 working days. I ordered on Thursday expecting it to arrive on Saturday however when they say working days they actually mean business days only mon - fri. On complaining to them I was told that my canvas was not late and they would not do anything about it. Very misleading to claim 2 working days and refuse to accept that there is a difference between working days and business days.... (read more)

The quality of the canvas I received was really poor. The print colour was horrible and made us look like demons. The frame itself was so poorly made there are huge bumps on each corner. The picture goes over the edges slightly as if they made the frame to small as there was meant to be no bleed. The edge came in black and I ordered grey. I am well pleased with the reproduction quality even though I sometimes upload 'problem' photos.
