The cavases I received were high quality and loved by everyone, as I gave them as gifts during the holidays. I did end up getting shipped a couple canvases that were clearly not mine but I did receive all of the images I had ordered and they were perfect. I will give this a chance to see how the final product comes out because the price was reasonable. There were a couple of items relative to the software (ordering) experience that were very annoying though. Mostly it was an inability to go back and edit at the end. i.e., at the end I decided I would like to add text, so I had to start over from scratch. I'm a professional and my first order of 6 prints 5 came out excellent and 1 is pretty bad. All the shadows are green and the entire print looks sickly which is not ideal for a new bride and groom. The speed at which I received the prints was fantastic, pricing was competitive and the quality of the other 5 prints was great. The canvas has a one inch white strip across the top. I don't understand why the print was not taken across the entire canvas. I ordered it for the picture to wrap around the sides and on this canvas it doesn't even cover the entire front. Very disappointed! I wanted to send the same canvas to more than one person. Your checkout procedure does not seem to make this possible without going through the entire uploading procedure for each person. You could simplify your checkout procedure by letting your customer order the number of the same canvanses they want to order and then let them put in the different addresses they want them mailed to. This time the process hung up at the "Browse" button because I have blocked pop up and disabled Java add ons for general use and no browse button appeared. After removing filters and enabling Java it worked flawlessly. A note on the front order page about which add ons are required or which filters should be disabled would have been a great help.
