On January 25th I called concerning an order that I placed on January 14th, and expected to arrive days ago. The representative had to check, and found that my prints hadn't been sent yet???
No explanation, no apology...no offer of reduced charges for the next time I use Canvas4life...no attempt to make up for the inconvenience???
I produce these prints to benefit a charity, and once they arrive I still have to process them with a textured brush finish, and get them framed...I ordered early enough to have plenty of time...assuming that the prints are actually sent.
I will continue to use your facility, this makes about 18 prints that I have used you for, but another problem and there are other facilities that I can check out.
