I purchased an item from the site as a birthday gift for my grandmother. I was promised delivery within 4 business days of placing my order and was told it would be Fedex Ground making the delivery. When I hadn't heard anything after two days, I contacted the company and was promised that the item was still on track for an on time delivery. Sadly, the item did not arrive on time. It is now three days late and apparently UPS is now making the delivery. Normally, this might not have been a problem, but because it was a birthday gift, it's very disappointing to me and the recipient. In the future, I will not do business with this company.
