Ordering was a breeze - allowed enough features to customize. For the price it was very competitive to what's out there. And I like that this is what they do vs. trying to go another All Printer. I would add more 'virtual frame" options - they look pretty cheezy like Internet greeting cards. Maybe allow abit of customization on that too? Like I said I'm writing this BEFORE I see the finished product. So for now it's a 4-Stars and we will see if it becomes a 5-Star once I see the finished results...
