I have been completely cheated into believing they are a UK retailer! They use a UK domain name - a deception, to gain people's trust knowing Fair Trading rules will not apply to them because they are hidden away in a different continent!

Their prices are not ridiculously low to arouse a suspicion as you do sometimes get bargains from legitimate UK retailers. Who reads Terms & Conditions when made to think you're probably buying from a neighbour? You buy from from them thinking that's all you have to pay for the product, well think again.

This should not be allowed to continue as thousands of innocent people will continue to fall prey to their deception.

I have just experienced this and am really cheesed off. The site misled me into believing that it was a UK site and I never for one minute even thought I would be then paying more for my camera than I could have bought it for on Amazon. I will not be using this scamming business again. Lesson learned.

Sorry to hear of your problem. I have also suffered. I have complained to my credit card company and phoned DHL to complain and have written a negative report about DHL on this review board.
If everyone complained to their credit card company then they MIGHT just do something about them. Like not paying them.
I am waiting to hear from a manager from C/c company ...am hoping they will stop the payment.
