Bought a £240 google tablet(DECEMBER 2013) .They sent us a faulty one. We sent it back. they said they would repair it.We asked for a replacement. They said they had repaired it and sent it back already. We did not receive the tablet. They said they had made a mistake and found a further fault with it..(Motherboard defect).
WE asked for a replacement. (MARCH 2014). THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE GOODS.
It is the responsibility of any company to provide working goods.
It is not the responsibility of the customer to accept factory defective goods.
TERRIBLE SERVICE..DEFECTIVE GOODS...IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THIS COMPANY TO RESPOND.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS..
YOU'RE BETTER OFF PAYING A LITTLE BIT MORE AND BUYING FROM A BETTER COMPANY.
I have absolutely no reservations about this statement.
