I ordered a Nikon camera which arrived in good time and was exactly as described. I was aware that the manual would not be in English language but had no problem with this as it is readily available on the internet and was also included on a multi-lingual CD provided with the product.
A problem arose sometime later when I received a bill from FedEx for "Disbursements out of the scope of EU VAT and Clearance Administration". After raising the issue with eGlobal I was informed, within 2 days, that they had settled the relevant costs and this was subsequently confirmed by FedEx.
So, overall I got a good product and on this basis alone I would recommend eGlobal. However, as i had to deal with the issue of the unpaid charges, it wasn't a trouble free transaction and on this basis unfortunately I can't give an overall recommendation.
I should add that customer service and response to emails was excellent.
