UK digital are making up every conceivable excuse as to why they are delaying refunding for a FAULTY camera accessory. It is now over three weeks - and I have just received another message of excuses. To make matters worse they insist the faulty part works - this is to avoid refunding the return postage. Oh yes they will talk down to you, treating you like an idiot who doesn't know how to use a piece of kit!! BEWARE!! and don't expect a refund for faulty goods.

Having looked around for days on end and told by other shops that products were in stock only to find that it was not the case at all, so when I saw that UK Digital had the stock in I decided to ring them just to check as I had been let down by the other shops. They confirmed that it was actually on their shelves and had a five year warranty included to boot. While on the phone I asked a few questions about the camera and they came across as very knowledgeable. I ordered on their web site and it arrived next day so very happy.

Awful Customer Service After ordering a Sony a7iii battery I was informed I would have to pay an extra £12 delivery as I am not in Mainland UK! Since when was Scotland separated? UK digital had no compromise and were unwilling to fulfil the order in any way or even split the postage cost. So £18 delivery for a small Sony camera battery! This company really needs to look at it's processes/customer services and think hard if they want to gain and keep new customers!

Ordered a Panasonic TZ90, no problems with delivery etc, but after 2 months camera wouldn't charge. Contacted them to be told sometime those batteries run too low to accept a charge. I either need a new battery or an external charger. They were going to charge!! for either or both. Unbelievable. Am now going through the hassle with Panasonic and am having a similar poor customer service. Don't buy off the net, buy from a shop.

I wanted to order the Batis 18mm lens, but I had a creditcard limit which I couldnt validate the purchase. The support always answerd me within 24 hours and tried to help me as fast as possible. When I finally authorized the purchase, they shipped it as fast as possible and within 2 working days it arrived in the Netherlands. My experience has been really positive and I could recommend it to everyone. Prices are good, good support, fast shipping, I dont know what else you want more.

I ordered a Samyang 12mm lens for Sony. Destination was Austria. The lens was sent out by UK Digital very soon and I received it very fast without any problems. The lens it self has a very good quality in view of the cheep price. I definitly would buy again at UK Digital.

Customer service is very excellent, as well when I ordered they process the order very quick. The product is value for the money and good quality.

I've ordered a couple of items from UK digital, slr magic 10mm hyper prime and the 82mm slr magic variable ND filter (which is really nice btw!) UK digital team were very responsive, when the filter was out of stock they kept me informed and sent as soon as it became available. Very fast and reliable delivery, would recommend. thanks 

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix GX80 with a kit zoom lens from Uk Digital because I had ordered items before and was very pleased with the service I received. The Lumix GX80 was Panasonic's latest 4K camera and was surprised that UK Digital seemed the only company to have stock. On top of that they were including a free 32GB SD card with the deal. The camera was delivered overnight by courier, I was informed the date and time of the delivery via text and email and even included the driver's name. Great service from UK Digital as always. I believe the Lumix GX80 is one of Panasonic's greatest cameras for the type of video work I do and all for under £600.

Searched for a Panasonic CSC for weeks without any luck at the big retails to only find it in stock here and better still cheaper and with a free camera bag. Could not have been happier but also delivery was free too. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I have bought a Panasonic TZ100 with shipment to Sweden and I'm very satisfied. I was a bit worried about if camera was in stock so that there was not going to be any delay, so I called and got the answer that there were many in stock. Problems with my bank so I had to call them, another day went. The order went through by Friday and it was shipped friday, here by Wednesday. Everything in order, double box package, no risk of damage. Camera is working good as it's reviewed.

I ordered a Zeiss lens which they stated on their website as being out of stock but available to order in a matter of days. I wanted to do a part exchange deal but their part ex prices were so poor I declined their offer. I had already been given a fair part ex price by another dealer but as UK Digital were selling the Zeiss lens at £70 cheaper I sold my other lenses to MPB Photographic and ordered the Zeiss from UK Digital. Please be aware that I checked the price of the Zeiss and received an email confirmation that it was correct. I even bought another lens from them but fortunately told them to send the two lenses together to save postage costs. Two weeks later and I hadn't heard from them, so I emailed them to see where my lens was. The reply by email informed me that they now couldn't do the deal at that price and Zeiss were out of stock. Strange that WEX had been out of stock too but were telling the identical lens again only yesterday, but of course, at a higher price! Their Director wasn't the slightest bit concerned and the only compensation he was prepared to offer me was free postage on the other lens! Thanks, but that was cancelled and bought from WEX at a similar price with, you've guessed it, free postage! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SECOND-RATE DEALER THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, and whatever you do, if you have anything to part exchange ask other dealers first. Fortunately, I managed to buy a mint condition Zeiss from that excellent dealer, Ffordes, at an even lower price, otherwise UK Digital would have been hearing from my legal advisers.

I purchased a lens for an Xmas present, as it was not available in stock a lovely lady contacted me and asked if I wanted to cancel or wait, I decided to wait and good to her word when the item arrived in stock she contacted me and the order was fulfilled, super service, would be happy use them again.

Ordered a canon flash. When I opened it on Christmas Day it turned out to be broken. Not a great Christmas present. Took a few days to get it replaced. The company were very apologetic about it and replaced it with no questions. Their quality assurance was not good.

High quality products, fast delivery, value for money, what more could you desire.
