The product and the service were great. Fast delivery and good communication. The website advertised an offer of £50 cash back on specific Sony cameras. My camera qualified and UK Digital provided me with the cash back claim forms. I filled these in with all of the required information and sent them to Sony within the time limit. Dispatch and delivery was super fast. I was a bit unlucky in that the first copy of this lens I got was de-centred, I got in touch with customer service and they were very efficient in dealing with the defective lens. I sent the lens back (next day delivery), they tested it, agreed that it was faulty and shipped a new lens the same day which I got the day after. True to form, UK Digital did have the stock as per their website and it was delivered the next day. We are an authorised Sony UK retailer. Sony UK had an issue with their nominated marketing department which mixed our company up with another similar named company. They were not an authorised retailer. We were informed by Sony UK that they had written to all those that had been affected apologising for their error.
