I had never heard of this company before, but they offered the best price for the lens that I wanted to buy, so I decided to give them a try. The was a tiny problem after completing the order that I was told by e-mail that since the billing address I put was not in the UK, their website has automatically deducted VAT. Basically since the goods cannot be sent outside the UK, the VAT has to be added. I gave them a call, and the staff was very helpful, they explained this and sorted things out for me. I left an UK address the lens was received within a few days. The whole shopping experience is great. And the lens was packed carefully and everything is just as described. I am going to get another lens soon, I'd definitely consider to use this company again--- if their offer is still good then :)
