I just purchased a Sony new-7 body from them. It arrived promptly on the next day. I had some queries about its electronic viewfinder. When I raised it with the gentlemen at the shop, they took it upon themselves to liaise between me and the Sony representative to come up with the answers. A couple of days later I received a follow up phone call from them to ascertain that I was still satisfied with my purchase. Their concern for customer satisfaction is extraordinary.
