I had previously had poor image quality from Truprint with a "permatan" effect applied to all of my photos without my approval. I complained and they despatched the whole photo selection again. Some years later I gave another go, yet still the "permatan" effect is there. Check for yourself - compare your on screen pics to what is sent to you and your people will look considerably more tanned. Fine for beach photos but not much else!
