I ordered a Panasonic Lumix dmc lx100-eb-k from their WEB site which is black model with PAL options as I am in a PAL country. It took several days of e-mail correspondence for them to admit that they have no black models in stock as it was indicated. I accepted a silver model. Then a ridiculous £150 DDP service was added apart from a shipping cost. (I call it ridiculous because I had to pay to DHL courier locally for customs clearance anyway.) I agreed on the DDP. Eventually a NTSC model arrived which is available on ebay and amazon without this huge DDP add-on. I wrote a comment on their site for the sales department. Nobody answered. The parcel was sent from the US not from the UK.
