So having placed my order, it then went into a 'Processing' state for a while. After purchasing the item in question, I checked and saw some negative reviews around this, but I wasn't in that big of a hurry. I think it was about a week, but then suddenly it was processed and came to my door when I wasn't expecting it.

The brilliant part of the service came afterwards. I rearranged the delivery and got a mail from Purely Gadgets telling me the exact hour in which it would arrive. It did arrive exactly within that time. I'm not kidding, I was amazed and delighted at that service.

The product came in great condition, and the price was fantastic. All in all, most of the negative comments I read appear to have been around the initial unexplained wait, but without that being a real problem I was delighted with the service.
