This is a note I received from Procamerashop a few days ago:
"...we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our website, rest assured our technical team are in the process of resolving the issue with the utmost urgency.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and would like to thank you for your patience as we aim to be up and running as soon as possible..."
I received great service and a great deal on a Canon 6D + lens. I would use them again.

They said that over a month ago. To be exact, it is the call-centre/virtual office they employed to take orders.
Hopefully anyone with a warranty taken out with, won't need to make a claim
THEY'RE GONE!
