I ordered a new Canon EOS 7d from Pro Camera Shop as it was the best value online after 2 months of constant searching. Security checks and payment took a day to go through before the order was released for delivery but I received it by trackable courier the day after.
My order arrived , well packaged and undamaged.
Pro Camera contacted me by email with the tracking number of the order which I thought was a nice touch. They also asked me to reply to that email to confirm that I had received the order, which I did & received a personal reply rather than an automated one.
All in all, this has been a very good online experience dealing with ProCameraShop so far and I would recommend them to anyone.
